GazelleLabs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LaunchOpenClaw platform (https://launchopenclaw.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe provides us with your billing email, subscription status, and payment history.

Usage Data: We collect data about your virtual machine instances, including resource usage metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network), instance configuration, and operational logs.

LLM API Keys: If you provide API keys for third-party LLM providers, these are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption and are only decrypted when provisioning your VM instance.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To provision and manage your cloud VM instances
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe
  • To monitor VM health and display usage metrics
  • To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, service alerts)
  • To improve and maintain the platform

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive credentials (LLM API keys)
  • Isolated VM instances per customer
  • Access controls and authentication for all API endpoints

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google Cloud Platform — VM hosting and infrastructure
  • Google OAuth — Authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. VM metrics data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Payment records may be retained longer as required by law.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
